How to make the driver go further
If your driver drives the ball, often makes big right and left turns, and has problems with distance, then you have already lost at this kick-off stage! Today I will tell you a few Amway tips.
1. Excellent positive tone improvement exercise
A big right turn on serve will not only make you miss the fairway, it will also result in a loss of hitting distance. Anyway, where the big right curve appears, the low score target will be destroyed!
In order to improve this phenomenon, it is necessary to make the path of the club head farther back than the plane of the upper club during the downswing to reduce the chance of squeaking. So what should we do?
After standing up, try to place your body's weight on the left side as much as possible during the down swing, and swing from the outside as much as possible so that the club head hits the ball from the inside down. In the whole process, the club face must be kept square during the swing in order to hit the straight ball better.
2. Improve "Flying on the Grass"
The driver's trajectory is too low and it is easy to "fly on the grass". In this case, it is difficult to ensure that you can reach the ideal hitting distance. We can properly adjust the angle of the shot when hitting the ball. By hitting the ball upwards, we can get a higher trajectory and a longer hitting distance:
Ball position: When hitting the ball, the small ball should be aligned with the extension line of the left heel.
Spine angle: Unlike irons, the driver has a longer shaft, and our stance needs to be wider. From the front of the swing, the left shoulder will be slightly higher than the right shoulder, and the spine will tilt slightly to the right.
At the moment of hitting: Keep your head behind the ball as much as possible during the entire swing.
